If you've been reading my blog for a while you may recognise the idea as I made a similar card for Germany - My Berry Corner Easter Card.
When I made that I thought how nice it would have looked with a chick or a little scene in the card. So when the Nest stamp arrived I couldn't resist making another version of it.
The egg shape is cut out of Centura Pearl card on my Cameo. I used the same Berry Corner stamp for the pattern on the egg as I did last time but this time I stamped it all in one colour - Archival Pale Ochre. Happy Easter is stamped in Archival Rose Madder on a tag cut from Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two.
A brad acts as a hinge and when it's opened up the chicks in their nest are revealed.
I coloured them in with my ProMarkers and added some clouds with my template and Tumbled Glass Distress ink to complete the scene.
